JOB DESCRIPTION: Full time Pilates Instructor (12-30 hours per week) with multiple teaching blocks to choose from at a growing Club Pilates franchise. Signing Bonus Potential (when specific criteria is met) Health Benefits (for Those Who Qualify) REQUIREMENTS Current Pilates certification (full apparatus Pilates Certification, 450+ hours) Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises Punctual, reliable and dedicated Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever-changing fast-paced diverse environment RESPONSIBILITIES Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards Instructing clients (up to 12 clients per class) using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights, etc. to ensure a safe, yet creative experience Conducting Private, Semi-private Or Other Additional Sessions As Needed Support the studio in ensuring a fantastic membership experience Being a motivating and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates.
