Pre-Sales Administrator

Location: Englewood, Colorado (On-site)

Salary: $60,000–$65,000

Employment Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday

About the Role

Kensington360 is partnering with a leading machine tool manufacturer to recruit a Pre-Sales Administrator based in Englewood, Colorado.

This position supports the sales team across quotation preparation, order processing, customer communication and commercial administration. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining efficient sales operations, supporting business development and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations, including machine accessories and related products.
• Process sales orders and coordinate post-sales administration.
• Support business development, customer outreach and territory marketing activities.
• Manage shipping arrangements, invoice tracking and sales reporting.
• Maintain and develop CRM databases, customer records and order management systems.
• Coordinate correspondence, documentation and communication between customers and sales teams.
• Provide administrative support to sales representatives and assist with customer enquiries.
• Support territory planning, marketing initiatives and sales materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales administration, sales support or a related position.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and administrative capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM or order management systems preferred.
• Previous experience within machine tools, industrial machinery or manufacturing preferred.

Additional Information

• On-site position in Englewood, Colorado.
• Approximately 5% travel.
• Occasional exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Employment may be subject to applicable export licensing requirements.
