Marc Nolan is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated PR & TikTok Lead to join our team in a hybrid capacity.
\nAs our brand footprint continues to expand, we are looking for a versatile professional to manage our short-form digital strategy, oversee creator relations, and provide hands-on support for our physical retail activations and campaign productions.
\nCore Responsibilities
\n• Digital Content Strategy: Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of native TikTok content to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth.
\n• Public Relations & Seeding: Manage targeted product seeding initiatives. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key creators, stylists, and industry partners who align with the Marc Nolan aesthetic.
\n• Event & Production Support: Provide on-site production assistance for brand campaigns, editorial shoots, and retail events, ensuring seamless logistical execution.
\n• Cross-Functional Support: Serve as a core liaison across the marketing and operations teams, adapting to the dynamic needs of a growing retail brand.
\nQualifications
\n• Platform Expertise: A deep understanding of short-form video platforms, algorithm trends, audio landscapes, and digital storytelling.
\n• Visual Acumen: A strong eye for menswear, footwear, and lifestyle branding, with the ability to translate brand identity into engaging content.
\n• Operational Agility: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to transition seamlessly between strategic PR planning and hands-on production work.
\n• Proactive Approach: An independent, self-starting work ethic capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
