About the Opportunity
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support a secure enterprise environment at Raytheon. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure, enterprise networking, and secure communications platforms within a classified environment. The ideal candidate combines deep Cisco UC expertise with strong networking fundamentals and experience supporting secure government systems.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility
• Experience administering and supporting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
• Experience with Cisco Unity Connection, VoIP, SIP trunks, voice gateways, and enterprise communications infrastructure
• Experience with Juniper SRX and EX series networking equipment
• Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and UNIX environments
• Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, subnetting, and OSI model concepts
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience OR Master's degree and 3+ years of experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+, CISSP, etc.)

• CISSP certification

• Experience supporting classified or government environments
Position Overview
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will support secure enterprise voice and network infrastructure in a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications platforms, Unity Connection, SIP trunks, voice gateways, and network infrastructure while providing Tier III support and participating in system upgrades and modernization efforts.
You will also support security compliance initiatives, vulnerability remediation efforts, system documentation, performance monitoring, and infrastructure improvements. This role partners closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and engineering teams to ensure reliable and secure communications systems supporting critical operations.
