Description
Comparion Insurance Agency, a Liberty Mutual company, is seeking motivated and career-driven individuals to join our Insurance Sales Apprenticeship Program . This is a structured, 6-month, hands-on development program designed to prepare participants for a successful career in insurance sales.
As an apprentice, you will build foundational knowledge of insurance products, develop consultative sales skills, and gain real-world experience working alongside Sales Managers and Agents. Successful completion of the program is intended to lead to a full-time, benefits-eligible Sales Agent position featuring a competitive base salary, robust uncapped commission structure, bonus opportunities & revenue-sharing potential!
